Welcome to our new format Breakfast invitation newsletter!  We have chosen the name Connections to signify how we are trying to help Christian Business Leaders to connect with each other and to also connect with Christ's teaching on business decisions.

How do Science and Christianity co-exist?  A presentation by Charles Monroe

The Big Bang and the theory of evolution are just that; theories, because no-one was there to observe things!  And yet Christians apologise for their lack of answers to these and other scientific issues even whilst the secular use of science is leading us into deep problems.  For example we can heal many diseases but we leave a large proportion of the World without decent water and medical support; we can develop fantastic technologies but we leave an enormous environmental mess behind.

Charles Monroe

Charles Monroe has worked for over twenty years as an engineer and will explain that the origins of science go back to a correct perspective of God and the Bible.  When we learn about God’s nature in the Bible, we then have a foundation to start looking at these questions and regain the high ground in debates.
